About Me

My informal training in massage started when I was about seven years old. My mom started asking for a quick foot or neck massage. The more she worked, the more she would ask and I got to practice what I "knew". As the years went by, I was intrigued to receive my first massage.

When I got my first massage in 2021, that is when I realized I had been missing out on this calming escape and what pushed me to pursue massage therapy. I knew I wanted to help people but did not know exactly how; experiencing my first massage helped me understand how massage can be beneficial to one's self care and health.
